- ICOM card holders (International Council of Museums)
- EU citizens with disabilities with one accompanying person
- Licensed tour guides on duty
- Interpreters accompanying a licensed tour guide on duty

New access modalities to the museum during free admission days
During free admission days there will be no need for reservations and access will be on a first-come, first-served basis. Privileged skip-the-line access will be guaranteed to museum Membership card holders, Dorsoduro Museum Mile concessionary ticket holders and ICOM card holders.
